Ssl

Hi! system regards my custom domain as a subdomain and refuses to install a certificate from any provider. could you please check it?
is says
The hosting platform returned an error message while trying to process your request. Please try again or try making the change through the control panel. The error returned is: This appears to be a subdomain. Subdomains have SSL automatically enabled. To access please use https://arthoda.com.ua without www.

Welcome to the forum. Please don’t hijack other threads. You’ll get a better answer creating your own thread.

Looking at that, please try clearing your cookies and if you use cloudflare make sure the appropriate settings bypass the proxy.

I had similar problems and disabled cloudflare for 10 min while I set up my ssl

thanks for reply! But I don’t use cloudfare and I’ve cleaned cookies , no effect…

This looks to me a like a bug in the hosting platform where it incorrectly detects your domain as a free subdomain (which it obviously is not).

I’ll contact our supplier iFastNet to get this fixed.

The issue has now been fixed!

I went ahead and installed the SSL on your domain name to verify it, but you should be able to do it yourself from now.
