The process for renewing my SSL appears to have changed a litttle since the last time, almost 3 months ago. e.g. there is now a choice of SSL providers.
But I think I’ve overcome that. I have requested the SSL be renewed and received an email confirming it has.
I see the new SSL has been issued, but the ‘show’ box does nothing.
So I’m unable to view the Private Key and Certificate, in order to copy it.
How can I view the Private Key and Certificate please?
The SSL issuer is Let’s Encrypt.
The domain name is www.chelmer.com
So your certificate is generated!
Can you please try after clearing the cache or use incognito!(most of the time that will solve the issues)
Thankj you. I’ve tried claering the cache, and that does not work.
I tend to use Firefox, but on this occassion have also used Chrome, but with no success.
Could you explain what you mean by “use incognito” please?
Browsing in Incognito mode means your activity data isn’t saved on your device.
Like temporary browsing without saving cache and data if once you closed the window!
Have you tried in mobile browser??
Your case seems like alignment missing! (I’m saying this coz u r saying u got issued mail)

I also note with the new formatting that I cannot logout by clicking the avatar on the top right - the purple icon.
Previously that would give me a drop down menue to logout. Now no dropdown menu.
(but I have the link to logout, so I can work around that)

Which OS are you using? Your device seems old?
I’m not sure what you mean by “alignment missing”, but I did try this in Chrome as well as Firefox before coming to the forum, and I get the same result in both browsers.
It was in Chrome that I used ‘incognito mode’ too.
I’m using MS Windows XP.
This has worked fine for the past 2 years. I have updated the SSL cerificate every 3 months.
I think is is your device screen ratio issue!
Then wait admin will help you as soon as possible!
