Ssl not working

my site is http://tscollaboration.ml i got ssl certificate from Infinite free(Its all done).then i’ve goto control pannel then ssl/tls and clicked configured.then entered private key and pressed upload and entered certificate and press upload certificate. My problem is i haven htts/ssl yet.www.sslshoper.com says “certificate not found”. can you help me for the solve this error?
