SSL certificates installation freezes on dispatching order progress

I have tried all 3 from the list and they all have the same issue (occassionally I also get a popup window during the process showing error of 503 and if not mistaken 504 too) then I also uploaded a BYO certificate from “Let’s encrypt!” which infinity’s dash shows it is issued, active and installed but when I want to install wordpress and select Https my custom domain(not subdomain of infinity) it shows a notice “Trusted SSL has not been found”. also the installation of wordpress freezes on either 2 or 6%

We experienced some issues last night related to congestion in the client area. This also resulted in SSL order processing not working correctly. It should be fixed now though.

That’s a known issue, Softaculous has trouble detecting SSL certificates correctly. If you know that SSL is setup correctly on your page, you can safely ignore that message.

That’s an issue, but it’s not related to your SSL certificate.

How long did you wait for the installation to complete? It can take a few minutes.
