Accounts incorrectly Suspended for Inactivity

If your website is still suspended for inactivity, you can just click the Reactivate Now button in the client area to reactivate it.

If your website does work, but the client area still says your account is suspended, then the status in the client area is out of sync. Clicking the Reactivate Now button in the client area should also fix that.

If your website shows a suspension page, but the client area says the account is active, that might also be a status sync issue. If so, you can use the little domain sync button, which should also update the status of your account:

If you’re having any other issues with your account being marked as suspended (as seen in the client area) or your website being suspended (by redirecting to suspendeddomain.org or suspended-website.com), it might also be related. If so, please feel free to ask your question in a reply below, but always include your website URL so we have something to check.

If you’re experiencing an issue that doesn’t show any clear relation to account suspension, it’s probably not related to this issue. If you’re having any issue like that, please create a new topic in Hosting Support and describe the issue there.

One thing I forgot to mention: processing SSL certificate orders was also delayed because of the congestion issue. That should also be better now.
