Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in your control panel, particularly this page of the client area:
Presently, your site is redirecting to suspended-domain.net which does suggest a there’s a problem. To be honest, the most likely cause is that your domain is suspended (either temporarily or permanently) for hitting resource limits or abuse. You should be able to see information about this in the client area.
