Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in your control panel, particularly this page of the client area:

Presently, your site is redirecting to suspended-domain.net which does suggest a there’s a problem. To be honest, the most likely cause is that your domain is suspended (either temporarily or permanently) for hitting resource limits or abuse. My website https://currenttimenews.ct.ws is completely down.

DNS shows NXDOMAIN and my VistaPanel graphs are blank.

This means my account is disconnected from the server.

I did not abuse any resources. Please kindly:

- Reattach my domain

- Reset my account resources

- Restore DNS for my site

This is my news website and it is very important for me.

can you show the domain section of your account? and the page that looks like this:

Just looking for any potential issues, so we can advise how these can be fixed.

Also how recently did you set up the site? DNS propagation takes 72 hours. So while I don’t think that is the problem, it may be related

No it doesn’t. IF the domain is still showing on your dashboard, its not disconnected from the server. And if the account is missing from that section, you need to re-add it.

The screenshot you provided suggests the account is not suspended. so thats good news. But to be clear, accounts can be suspended for more than abuse. they can be suspended for too many hits, too much cpu usage ect.

Have you read the article I listed above, and followed the steps in there? 99% of website problems here can be fixed easily

You don’t actually have the subdomain currenttimenews.ct.ws.

Your website is http://curenttimenews.ct.ws/, not https://currenttimenews.ct.ws/ (single r, not two). The latter URL doesn’t work because the subdomain is not in use. If you check the domain name that’s actually assigned to your account, you’ll see it’s working perfectly.

If you would would like to use the domain currenttimenews.ct.ws instead, you can just add it to your account as an extra domain, or create a new account for it.
