poderiam oferecer uma alternativa para trocarmos o dominio para outro gratuito, e depois criar um redirecionamento do antigo pro novo, quando ele voltar. TRANSLATION
They could offer an alternative for us to change the domain to a free one, and then create a redirection from the old one to the new one when it comes back.
You can already do this right now if you want. You can just add a new subdomain to your account, move your website, and configure a redirect on the free.nf subdomain.
But thatās your choice. We have no plans to do this for all websites. There are a lot of downsides to forcibly migrating all websites to a different domain. And with the way things are looking right now, we expect the domain to be back online tomorrow at the latest, so a forced migration will probably do more harm.
The domain has been migrated to a different registrar to resolve the dispute.
Unfortunately, getting the domain back online is more difficult than anticipated. This issue needs to be investigated by specialists at our registrar, but those will only be available again on Monday.
We trust that the experts at our registrar will be able to solve this issue quickly, but so it will likely be online on Monday.
Thank you for your work on getting the domain back online.
In the meantime, I followed your suggestion and set up a new subdomain, copied all files to the new subdomain and set up a redirect of the entire free.nf subdomain to the new subdomain. Unfortunately, the redirect is not happening and my browser keeps showing āsite not foundā when I try to open the free.nf subdomain.
Did I do something wrong? I looked through the Knowledge Base and forum but could not find anything for this specific situation.
Yes, because the free.nf domain is still down. Your DNS resolver canāt take you to it to do the redirect. Adminās suggestion about creating a redirect was more so people can easily find your site at its new address once the free.nf domain is back online.
So finally I see this I try to solve this from last 3 hours luckily I see this forum otherwise I will delete my portfolio website thanks god and I Hope infinity team you guys fix this problem by Monday or please respond so we can transfer our website on more other subdomain.thanks
so Iāve been following subdomain FREE . NF has been causing direct problems, as many other sites that use illegal content or spam use itā¦ including several browsers that automatically block it claiming that the site is not safe simply for using FREE NF.
I INTEND TO MIGRATE MY SITE TO ANOTHER FREE SUBDOMAIN WHEN IT COMES BACK, MAY THIS NEW SUBDOMAIN BE LESS PROBLEM AND WITH A GOOD REPUTATION AMONG BROWSERS AND ANTIVIRUS
I can almost guarantee that will not happen. All the free subdomains will experience the same problem at one point or another because they are all free and being offered to whoever wants to claim them. The only way to prevent this kind of think from happening is to get a custom domain name that only you have access to.
Hello, thanks for information. Is the dispute due to confidentiality issues or pricing ? In short should we expect our data to be shared with another third party or the free have to ceased in order to have our sites back ?
