If I purchase a premium hosting plan, would it be possible to upgrade or migrate my current website and account so that I can benefit from the increased storage and resources without losing any data?

When you sign up to Premium Hosting with IFastNet you have to create a new account with them, your current account cannot be moved across. This does mean that you can still use your InfinityFree account for other sites if you want to.
However, IFastNet do offer a migration service, which allows you to migrate your site from your InfinityFree account to your Premium Hosting account.
Please be aware that if you continue using a free hosting domain not all the features of premium hosting will be available. But premium hosting does have some free domains too, so its easy to pick up one of them to get the full set of features.
