Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.
Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.
Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.
Can you tell me whether the error replaces the whole phpMyAdmin page, or whether phpMyAdmin loads and the error shows up as a message on it? If it loads, do you see your database if0_43189517_tmtparcelservice listed on the left? A screenshot would help. It would also help to know whether the same error appears in a private browser window.
I couldn’t find a documented fix for this. Several people have posted the same pma__column_info error, but I didn’t find an answer in those topics that explains what causes it:
The one solved topic with this error was about a database name in the poster’s own code, and that doesn’t apply to you. You’re only opening phpMyAdmin from the control panel. So I can’t say yet whether yours is the same thing. Your answers should show whether it can be sorted out here or whether a person needs to look at it.
The database is listed in my InfinityFree MySQL Databases page, but phpMyAdmin shows this error. I have not deleted any of the internal phpMyAdmin tables manually.
I will also try opening phpMyAdmin in a private/incognito browser window to check whether the error persists.
Could a human support team member please investigate this issue?
The error message sounds to me like an error in phpMyAdmin, not something wrong with your database.
I just checked it, and phpMyAdmin seems to be working fine for your database. I was able to login, see the tables and see their contents.
Are you still having this issue? And if so, do you see this error immediately after logging in, or are you doing anything after logging in that triggers this error?
