Nameservers partially down, control panel down
Since the 4th of January, around 12:30 UTC, the free hosting nameservers have been working intermittently.
Also, the control panel has not been working reliably, returning a 504 Gateway Time-out message.
Which components are affected by this issue
The free hosting nameservers in Europe are down.
The control panel is also not working.
What issues may you see
Visitors in Europe, Africa and Asia will most likely experience intermittent issues accessing websites. Visitors from North or South America likely will not experience this problem, because the US-based nameservers do not have this issue.
Also, domain names that do not use free hosting nameservers also do not experience this issue.
Additionally, the control panel appears to be down, and returns “504 Gateway Time-out” errors. This issue affects all accounts and website owners.
When will this issue be resolved
We are doing our best to get these issues resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough details to tell how soon that will be.
What can you do to fix this
At this time, there are no known workarounds.
