My website doesn't work; no server IP found

For some reason, my website doesn’t seem to function properly. It used to work yesterday but after heading back in, it says there’s no server IP found. Here’s the link below:

The same thing can be said with the control panel, which doesn’t function either. Is this a rare problem or it’s hosting service is facing some technical difficulties?
