For me your website redirects to http//social-universe.rf.gd, which doesn’t work, as the http host can’t be found and http is only a protocol. Try to remove the redirect to that page from your htaccess file present on your subdomain’s htdocs folder, or remember to add a colon inside the protocol, and clear your browser cache and purge your DNS cache and see if it works.

It says This domain has no sponsors for you. I tried another browser and the same result.

@rfgdsans1 You’ve messed it up enough. Go these steps:

  1. Add your subdomain via Subdomain.
  2. It’ll create a folder named social-universe.rf.gd
  3. Download your files are in root htdocs folder.
  4. Upload them to social-universe.rf.gd/htdocs.

After try what @Ergastolator1 said.
P.S: If you don’t want to do these, I’ve no clue.

The admin can’t reset it because the admin can’t make heads or tails of your messages. Creating a second topic with more information doesn’t exactly help with that.

What is the exact issue you’d like me to address?

What I see right now is that the domain social-universe.rf.gd does not point to any hosting account. You can add it to your account using the Subdomains section in your control panel.

Did you delete the htdocs folder? Then that pretty much it.
