Because Cloudflare doesn’t support subdomains. You’ve to get a domain for your site from somewhere like freenom.

I delete sub domain now i cant use original. Htdocs pls help i can give username.

Yes that. Too my php files redirect to 404 and i deleted sub domain then it redirect to suspended and now my normal htdocs wont load only sub domain @admin can u fix pls

You can add a free subdomain to an account by creating a new hosting account, or by adding it to an existing account through the Subdomains menu.
Yes but my orignal domain name was in sub domain and all my php files redirected to 404 so i deleted.my sub domain what was there when i made my acc and it messed up my domain and redirected to suspended so i re added my sub and it added a folder with my domain name and htdocs but thats not the folder i need. i need my original one showing on my site

If i understand your meaning correctly. You’ve to transfer your files from htdocs to your new folder.

What the problem with file transfering? They aren’t too much that they can be transferred easily.
