My site files were deleted unexpectedly. I have two sites and both FTP files were deleted
I can only find one file called htdocs and it is completely empty

Well, if you are having a problem with a website, it helps to share the URL to the website so we actually have something to look at.
If you don’t want to share that, then any other information that may help, like the account username, IP address and/or hosting volume.
