If you’ve had a temporary suspension, then you’ll see in the banner on your dashboard that you’ve got to wait 24 hours for reactivation. There is no way to reduce this. The banner is accurate, you have to wait 24 hours, then it’ll reactivate automatically.
It seems strange that you’ve hit limits if you’re only just setting up your site. What plugins are you using on your site?
