You don’t need to buy premium hosting from us. Just buy premium hosting. Choose any provider you can trust. If you choose iFastNet, that’s great. If you choose someone else, that’s fine too. We’re just giving you advice in good faith to help you make sure that you won’t have this experience again.

Because as we’ve all been telling you: what’s done is done. We don’t have your data anymore.

So all we can do now is help you make sure that this won’t happen again. That’s why we’re telling you to buy premium hosting, make your own backups and store them safely, check the terms of service.

You seem to care a lot about your site if you spent money on it and are now willing to pay for a law suit to somehow force us to give you something we’d love to give you, but don’t have.

Just don’t spend a ton of money on your website and then rely on a FREE service to keep the one and only copy of your data.

No argument from me. It’s a free service. If you want first class enterprise services, go elsewhere. And be ready to pay a lot for it.

Of course most people you see here are angry. This is the community support forum. People come here when things are not working they way they’d expect. They don’t come here when everything is clear and working correctly. But that’s the 99% percent of people who you don’t hear from.


You asked why your accounts were deleted, which we explained. You asked us to provide a backup, which we said we can’t.

You’re angry at us for deleting your website, and I completely understand that. And I’m sorry for the loss of your data.

But I also still think we have a fair and just policy regarding account deletion, which provides limited but sufficient opportunity to recover data in case of account suspension.

But now, we’re just going in circles which I don’t think is helping anyone.

You’ve made your point regarding what you think of these events and our service in general. It’s very clear, and you do not need to repeat it.

If you still have relevant questions, please do ask them. If not, then please let this go and move on. Please think for yourself what would help you most right now to get your website back, and focus on that.
