Hey! Listen. And Mind your Language. Don’t try to manipulate me. I am already using lots of hosting portals. They don’t need any criteria to open client area. i am busy in my work. so that’s why i am not able to open it. that’s not mean to remove my website. using your fake usage error. and viewers. whatever…!!

Ok if you do not respect others opinion, no probs! If you cannot bear the judgement, no luck here okay?

From the Terms of Service, Section 18;

You acknowledge that InfinityFree reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.

Also from Section 9:

We reserve the right to charge a fee of 14.99 USD if we are requested to create a backup on a customers behalf. We may choose to waive this fee under circumstances of our choosing.

If you don’t and can’t agree with and adhere to these Terms, please do not use this Service.

If you have any questions, you can send an email to the moderator. After that, you’ll receive your whole written response.

We don’t have your backup. We cannot give you something we do not have, no matter how much we’d want to.

We don’t make backups of free hosting accounts at all. The only copy of account contents we have is the content that’s live right now. So any change made to your website data is irreversible, regardless of who initiates it and for which purpose.

If an account is suspended for abuse, or deactivated for inactivity, and the account is not reactivated, it’s automatically deleted after a while. We do not ask for permission for this, because almost all accounts that are deleted have been abandoned already. And in the same way you couldn’t be bothered to get your accounts reactivated, many people can’t be bothered to approve account deletion. And we don’t want to use server space to host websites are completely forgotten.

We can debate whether the deletion of your hosting accounts was justified, or whether the suspensions that led to the deletions were accurate. But I’m sorry to say that it won’t get you your website back. Because your accounts were deleted, and unless you happen to have a time machine, we can’t bring your data back.

Neither do we. The only thing you look at is whether your website gets any traffic. That can be from you or from others. There are no requirements to login to the client area, control panel, forum or anything else to keep your account.

Wow, this is a heated topic. I’m really sorry, @Omkar_Shopping, but like @Admin said, they cannot make a backup materialize out of thin air. It is deleted, gone from this reality and the sketches in the cells of the SSDs at the hosting service (assuming they use SSDs, otherwise it uses some other storage medium and either way…) is gone and cannot be retrieved. Don’t waste your time, you are only further pushing us into a tempest of hot air, blasting us into the whirlpool of toxicity.

We are sorry, and sometimes we must move on, so please do and enjoy it wholly.

Share me your policy. and you didn’t shared your policy during registration. ok?

and if i am trying to answering. you are fixed reply. so i can not answer you. you know at all. look a screenshot. i already attached when i am trying to replying you. but you can see. what is result.

It’s bad to say that. your service is very poor. You don’t understand what is value of time and money. it’s very bad experience from infinityfree. i will never suggest about infinityfree. :pensive:

I want backup. give me my backup.

Give me my backup. Either i will police case against you. because it’s not little amount. i already spend more time for my website. we will meet on court. Thank you.

Oh, is that what you think? You indeed agreed to the terms, here on the signup page:

Yes, those are some limitations for new forum members.

It’s alright, but we are not sad either, because it was your mistake for not taking a backup.

We do understand, but the system that suspends accounts doesn’t have any empathy, and we cannot control the system.

The answer will always be NO, since you did not take a backup, which is your responsibility.

Thanks!

Sure, do that. Good luck threatening. If you could invest SO MUCH MONEY, why did you not buy premium hosting? In any case, InfinityFree will win the case because everything was mentioned in the terms, which you accepted.

It’s not your business. I never buy premium hosting plan. because your free plan service is very bad. than how can i believe. you will provide best services. i don’t have trust on you. and i will also never suggest about infinityfree. it’s third class services. look your community. mostly peoples are angry on your services. not me only. because of your services.

Alright, I think replying anymore will neither help you or me, so please understand they your backup and your account data is gone forever.

Please note that InfinityFree and iFastNet (Premium Hosting) are owned by completely separate people. If you don’t have trust in us, don’t throw iFastNet under the bus as well, as their hosting environment is set up completely differently.

Multiple people have already stated it, but I am going to say it one last time. When you signed up for your InfinityFree account, you checked the box that said you agree to the terms and conditions, a legal document that governs your use of the service, as well as what permissions InfinityFree, as well as yourself, have.

By law, you are required to agree to the terms before using the service, whether or not you really read them is up to you. However, if you get in trouble for not following them, or if you are angry for something that InfinityFree is not liable for, you are the only person at fault, as you should have read the terms, and planned for such events.

Unfortunately, since InfinityFree is free, and server space, as well as electricity, costs money, there is no way we can afford to host your website, and its backups without more money, and since our customers never pay us, we can’t do that. Therefore, once a website is deleted, it’s gone, and probably already overwritten by a new one.

Hopefully, this turns into some very important lessons for you.

  1. Always read the TOS on every website you visit, or at least expect the website to never be responsible for anything (99% of TOSs state exactly that, just in more legal terms)

  2. Take a backup of your work. Specifically, more than one. Keep on on the cloud (Google Drive, DropBox, Box, etc), and one at hoke in a fireproof safe.
