I checked your issue and it seems to be a problem with our namesevers. Specifically: a CNAME record lookup on the given subdomain returns the correct result, but an A record lookup does not return the CNAME record like it should.
Also, no need to hide the CNAME target in your screenshot. The entire world can just look up the actual destination of the CNAME record, that’s the purpose of DNS records in the first place.
Not having the NS records is technically a violation of the official DNS specs, but I’ve never seen any case of this ever being the cause of any issues for anyone. This is no exception.
