Hi KangJL,

Thank you for your assistance.

I installed the GoGetSSL certificate provided by InfinityFree under Free SSL Certificates which is successfully issued, please refer to the following sceenshot. Do you mean I cannot fix the issue on InfinityFree platform?

The other question is why the removed domain “p03.great-site.net” is still showing on Google. How can I remove it?

Thank you

For your reference

You can if you have a custom domain

Search engine indexes take some time to update. The site will be removed eventually, but Google cannot wipe it from existence immediately the moment you click the delete button on our end.

I think Google has some kind of removal request form. But that’s mainly for cases like where confidential data was accidentally or maliciously published, not for websites that are no longer in use.

Better yet, you could restore the domain, and simply set it up so it redirects to your new domain. That way, any traffic coming from Google on your old domain will simply be directed to your new website, as opposed to being lost entirely.

Your website works fine. It looks like a temporary issue. You are not the only one who experienced the issue.

Hi Dan3008,

Thank you so much for your assistance.

According to admin advice, I tried to restore and redirect the old domain. The new website was suddenly linked to the suspended-website, I tried to remove the old domain from cPanel again. After that, the new domain was working but the old domain was linked to the suspended-wesbite. I don’t know what happened? Anyway, my website is working properly.

Thank you

If you remove a domain name from your account but the domain is still pointing to the server in DNS, you will also see the suspended-website/suspendeddomain page. That’s pretty normal behavior.

There are actually quite a few reasons why a domain might redirect to those pages, most of them are documented here:
