Error Message

When someone tries to send me and e-mail from Microsoft services (365, outlook.com, hotmail.com) I do not recieve the email. And the sender gets its sent mail bounced with this error:

It seems that microsoft can´t resolve my IP. I receive any other email from any other mail service, except for MSFT.

Does anyone has this issue? Thank you for your help.

You may want to revert to original nameserver.
Then add A record to base domain and www subdomain

But all we were able to establish there is that Microsoft has trouble looking up MX records on our servers. And that this issue seems to primarily affect .com.ar domains.

Besides that, I have no idea. The error message from Microsoft doesn’t point to a clear issue to me, I’m not able to reproduce this issue on my own domain with my own hotmail.com account, and I cannot find any issues with our nameservers myself.
