There is NO error message, I just don’t receive emails.
Hi, I’m having problems receiving some emails, for example, yahoo emails enter fine but hotmail and other urls don’t enter. I use google workspace and the MX records are well configured.

You are now using IF nameservers, which explains why email is breaking.
In order to regain your mail access, switch back to original nameservers.
Then add A records pointing to 185.27.134.98 for base domain and www subdomain

In NIC.ar I have pointed to ns2.epizy.com and ns1.epizy.com
It doesn’t to me. It’s also possible to setup MX records on our hosting, which it appears you’ve already done. So there is no need to switch nameservers as far as I can tell.
That’s odd, because you’d expect email to work for all providers or none, especially if there is some bad configuration on your end.
But it seems that your MX records are configured correctly and are visible all over the world, so I don’t think this is a DNS problem. And by extension: anything we as your hosting/DNS provider have any control over.

I have found that there is an error to receive email from hotmail to gmail or from microsoft accounts to google workspace.
I don’t know how to solve it but I’ll keep looking.

I am having the same exact issue. I am receiving emails from some clients without issue, but others do not deliver and the sender receives an undeliverable message.
I have other domains whose DNS does not go through epizy and they work fine with google mail. It is only my “visuidesign.com” domain that is having issues and that is the only one that is has DNS authority at epizy.
Do you know what the bounce message says? If the message cannot be delivered, the error email should also say why it cannot be delivered. If you could find that information, that would help a lot in troubleshooting this.
I haven’t found evidence so far that shows there is a DNS problem on our end, let alone how we would fix this. So any additional information you have about these issues could help a lot.

Here is the response. Note, as an emergency fix I switched my DNS hosting for my domain back to GoDaddy and added the same MX records there for Google and my email was “fixed” within the hour. This obviously breaks my website for now. Is there a record I can add to the goDaddy to fix my website? I vaguely remember that I had to host my domain at epizy in order to host the website there. Is that correct?

An A/CNAME record will do.
For A record, make sure it is pointing to 185.27.134.138 for base domain and www subdomain

OK, thank you for sharing the bounce message, it helps a lot.
As with the issue from @visuidesign, the problem seems DNS related. And when testing myself, I also see some DNS errors that could be related.
But these errors are from the .ar registry nameservers not working properly on IPv6 (which Microsoft seems to use).
That’s the only thing I see regarding DNS issues on your domain. I hope it’s not this because that would make it very hard to solve this problem.

hello, it seems that the problem is not from nic.ar there must be some other problem. Do you have any other records with similar problems besides mine and @visuidesign. If @visuidesign had to change DNS hosting to godaddy that’s like having to change hosting service. I hope you can help me. I can’t do much as an end user. thank you
