Hello InfinityFree Team,

I am hosting my project on futureinvestment.rf.gd. I want to connect my website with Netlify in order to deploy a Progressive Web App (PWA).

However, Netlify requires me to add a TXT record (verified-for-netlify) in my DNS to verify domain ownership. Unfortunately, in the free hosting DNS panel, I can only add A, CNAME, MX, and SPF records, but not a general TXT record.

Because of this limitation, I am unable to complete the verification process and cannot properly host my PWA.

Could you please:

1. Enable the ability to add TXT records for my subdomain (futureinvestment.rf.gd)
   OR

2. Provide me with an alternative solution/workaround to prove domain ownership for third-party services like Netlify.

This feature is very important for deploying PWAs and using external services (e.g., Google, Netlify, Ad networks). Please let me know if there is any way to enable this on free hosting or if upgrading to premium would solve the issue.

I doubt that full DNS control has any plans to be added. The best workaround is to get a custom domain and use Cloudflare.

I really don’t think it is.

Please understand that Netlify is not an “external service”, it’s a website hosting service. It’s an alternative to our service, it’s not complimentary to it.

And no, it’s not possible to host our free subdomains at Netlify. Our free subdomains can be used on our hosting only.

So I don’t know what your plan is with Netlify and how you think it will solve your PWA issue.

And finally, please skip the AI drivel. Just ask your questions and don’t use AI to waste our time by fluffing it up with things that are simply not true. And if you cannot even bother to ask your question, why should we bother to answer it?

Premium hosting doesn’t have the browser validation system in the first place, so there is nothing to stop you from just hosting the PWA on premium hosting in the first place.

Premium hosting also comes with full DNS controls, but those don’t extend to free subdomains migrated from our hosting, so you still won’t be able to setup the TXT record on your rf.gd domain.
