Issue with DNS Zone for .DE Domain zumbibelvers.de

Dear InfinityFree Support Team,

I am attempting to set up my .DE domain zumbibelvers.de with your nameservers (ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com). However, the domain is not passing the required Denic Predelegation Check. The NAST tool provided by Denic reports the following errors:

• Unexpected RCODE (REFUSED)
• Answer must be authoritative

It seems the DNS zone for my domain has not been correctly set up on your nameservers, or the nameservers are not properly configured to handle .DE domains.

Could you please ensure that the DNS zone for zumbibelvers.de is properly configured on your servers to meet Denic’s requirements? If there are additional steps I need to take on my end, please let me know.

Please use this method, the nameserver method does not work due to restrictions by the .de registry.
