Issue regarding uploading file (.zip and .rar)

Information

When I am trying to upload a .zip file or a .rar file, it does upload but the file does not show up after uploading. I even tried uploading the folder but it did not work either. The zip file is about 40 MB in size and is but a Joomla quickstart package. I will be attaching the screen record as a reference. I am new and I do not have much idea about Web Hosting, Server, FTP, FileZilla, etc.

Max file size is 10mb.
Best way is to extract zip file locally than upload via ftp (Filezilla)

Why are my files deleted after uploading them
