Hello,
I need some help please.
I have my site hosting with InfinityFree, but my domain with IONOS. I have just realised that my email I have with IONOS doesn’t work. It has MX issues.
I was advised by IONOS Support that:
“To resolve this issue, you need to contact your nameserver provider and ask them to add the MX records for IONOS. The MX records can only be added through their system, as they are managing your domain’s DNS.”
******Please add these IONOS MX Records: ******
****** MX RECORD ******
Type: MX
Host: @
Value: mx00.ionos.co.uk
Priority: 10
MX Record:
Type: Mx
Host: @
Value: mx01.ionos.co.uk
Priority: 10
Is there a way I can do this so I can get my webmail working? Please can someone assist please, thank you.

Sure! Just go into the MX Records menu in the control panel or the DNS Records menu in the client area and configure the records!

Yes, you can find the instructions here:
If you want to receive email on your domain name, you’ll need to configure MX records on it. MX are a type of DNS records that tell other email providers which mail server should receive email for your domain.
InfinityFree does not provide email services, but you can use almost any other email provider to receive email on your domain hosted with us.
For this guide, we will make use of ImprovMX , a free email forwarding service, but the instructions are similar for most other email providers.
