I am currently using your free hosting plan and have noticed that there is some branding or text related to “InfinityFree” appearing at the top of my domain. I would like to inquire if it is possible to remove this branding while still using the free plan.
If removal of this branding is not possible on the free plan, could you please provide information on any upgrade options or alternative solutions that might allow me to remove it?

Anyway, as for your problem, you’ll have to either add an og:site_name meta tag on your website or, if your website uses WordPress, use Yoast SEO to add the necessary metadata; but since there is an ongoing issue on everything related to the main hosting provider we use because of a datacenter network outage, which is described here if you didn’t read it before:
you’ll probably have to wait until the datacenter network goes back up until you can apply what I wrote before.
