You need 5 hits a month to keep hosting account active

As you can read in the client area and the email message you received:

Your account was deactivated because it received almost no visitors in the last 30 days.

Accounts that are no longer in use are deactivated and eventually removed to make room for active sites.

Thanks for the reply.
Do you mean 5 visitors a month from different IP addresses??

You can also visit your website once if it has some resources to load as well from your website’s side (external resources won’t count) and it’ll still count; if the only page it has to load up is a hit then you’ll need five of those page loadings to keep it alive.

No, a “hit” is files that your hosting account calls when somebody visits it, not the actual number of visitors. But, visiting your own website a few times a month should be enough to keep it active.
