I recently created an account on Infinity Free so I can start creating my website through Wordpress. So far everything was fine, but after installing Wordpress everything was fine, an error started to occur in the login area. Even though I entered the password and username correctly, it still gave me a login error. Today I tried to log back into the admin area of my website (which I haven’t started creating yet). And this time the admin website wasn’t even showing the login screen, it simply wouldn’t go in and would stay on that screen when there was no internet. I can only edit my website through Infinity Free, but my intention was to do it through Wordpress, why is this happening?
When creating a new post, please fill out the template and provide your URL.
I’m pretty sure that our hosting is not “bugged”. After all, your WordPress website is pretty much self-contained, and doesn’t really rely on any specific hosting functionality to work.
Generally speaking, when installing WordPress, you need to enter an administrator username and password. After WordPress has been installed, you can navigate to http://[your website URL]/wp-admin/
, and login with the admin username and password you entered during installation. Please note that these admin details are probably different from your InfinityFree client area or hosting account credentials.
I’m not sure what you mean by “edit your website through InfinityFree” as managing WordPress is something you can only do through WordPress.
One possible explanation to comes to mind is that you used our website builder after installing WordPress, which has now replaced your WordPress site. If so, please follow this guide to revert this: How to delete a site.pro installation and restore your previous website
Besides that, if you want more specific information to your situation, please provide more information about the situation. Like the URL of your website, as well as any error messages you get.
I even tested all the possible passwords that I saved when I created the infinity free account, but none of them worked, including my site’s admin password (even though it was correct). And regarding the fact that I “edited the website in infinity free” it was through this “website builder” option
I hadn’t changed this option after I had installed Wordpress on Infinity Free, I just changed this option today. But before that, my website admin was already giving an input error. I will leave below the url of my admin site and also the error message that gives when trying to access my admin.

Did you do these?
No, I haven’t done it yet, maybe this will solve my problem, thank you.
Please read the red text above again, and apply the instructions provided.
When I click ´´Configure CNAME records´´ do I have to wait a certain amount of time for something to appear? Or after clicking now can I click on the ´´request certificate´´ button? I had seen some videos on YouTube that said you had to wait between 12 and 24 hours until an option appeared where you would have access to the certificate.
When it said “try again later”, it just means “request a new certificate and follow the instructions provided”.
It doesn’t mean you should do anything differently, it doesn’t mean you need to reinstall the CNAME records, and it doesn’t mean that you should wait any specific amount of time during specific steps.
If your CNAME records are fine, you don’t need to reinstall them. And if the page says (in multiple locations!) that everything is looking good and you should click Request Certificate, it means you should just click that button.
Don’t overthink things, just follow the instructions provided.
Thank you very much my friend, I managed to solve my problem. The problem was with the ssl certificate, I should have installed it before. now I have access to the admin of my website on wordpress, thank you very much.
