Change your password to use only “English” letters!

Avoid using non-ASCII characters in usernames and passwords

It is best to copy the FTP password from the Client Area
and then to paste into the FTP client

instead of writing by hand and that way you type something like this

Also in FileZilla - under the site manager → charset - click auto detect.
