I can't Add Domain

I cannot Add Domain (create another website). Every time I try, it sends me the error message that you previously attached. Error 500. I do not know where the problem is and I want a solution, please.
I have notes
He previously tried Add Domain and it worked, but I deleted it. Then I added Add Domain again and then deleted it again. Is this a type of ban or could this be the cause of the error? I don’t know.

I just tested it and it worked fine.

Can you please provide the necessary information so I can try it for myself? I would like to know:

  • On which account are you trying to add the domain?
  • Which domain name are you trying to add?
  • If it’s a custom domain, are you trying to make it an alias of an existing domain or setup a new site?

now it works… the UI didn’t change at all before when the custom domain was selected, but it stayed on the layout for the subdomain

Thanks, I see what’s going on.

The issue isn’t that the server is responding with a 500 error. I see the errors in the logs now, and I glossed over them, because it’s an error that should not be triggered under normal circumstances.

Looking at some details I saw in the email from @Oxy, it seems that the frontend code is not loading for some people.

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue on any browser and device I currently have available.

I just pushed an update which changes some frontend code. It should be unrelated, but maybe it helps.
