Site hosted at InfinityFree, also had domain (www.old-rotherham.co.uk) from 123-reg that also went to this website.
Tried sorting when SSL process changed but not broke it mainly because I don’t know what I am doing

This is because your DNS settings on your domain old-rotherham.co.uk isn’t correct. Please update its A records to point to your hosting account instead.
To clarify what @Frank419 said: please note that the nameservers for old-rotherham.co.uk are currently pointing to the nameservers from Go Daddy, which are pointing it to servers from Go Daddy.
The easiest way to fix your website is to update your domain’s nameservers, pointing them to our servers:
If you prefer to keep using Go Daddy’s nameservers, you can also update the DNS records at Go Daddy to point the domain to our hosting:
You don’t need to change anything for the free subdomain. Our free subdomains always point to our hosting, it’s actually not even possible to host them elsewhere.
But your free subdomain redirects to your co.uk domain, which isn’t working right now.
I had a quick look at your account, and I see that both domains are setup on the same account and linked to the same directory.
That means that there is something in your website code that redirects people trying to visit your free subdomain to your co.uk domain.
So fixing this issue might be as simple as simply removing that redirect logic. As for what exactly you need to do, that depends on how this redirect was setup, which you probably know better than I do.
That said, I checked your co.uk domain and it’s pointing to our nameservers now. So you should be able to request a new SSL certificate for your domain and install that, which should fix your co.uk domain.
I checked your website and it seems fine. I clicked a few links on the home page and it works.
Yes, if you host the website with us, you must also install the SSL certificate with us. Obtaining the certificate through us isn’t strictly necessary, but using our panel is easiest and it’s free.
As for being “stuck”, I don’t think it is, it just can take a while. I see you’re using ZeroSSL, and ZeroSSL is just notoriously slow. Let’s Encrypt and Google Trust certificates usually issue in a minute or two, but ZeroSSL can take 10+ minutes.
If you’re having trouble with ZeroSSL, I recommend you try a different provider.
