I upgraded to paid hosting and my account still shows my website is on free hosting. On top of that I’m getting a database error.

Premium accounts are separate. You can ask premium support to migrate your free account to the premium account you purchased for free at support.iFastNet.com (you’ll need to create a new account there)

I have. They told me this morning it would be up in 10 minutes. That was this morning.

They probably did move your site over, but since your using Cloudflare you need to update the IP to resolve the site to the premium server. There should be an IP in your iFN account somewhere that you need to replace the free hosting ip with in Cloudflare.
