Google Search Console reports “Robots.txt unreachable” when I inspect this service page:

The report shows:

  • Page availability: Not available due to a site-wide issue

My sitemap has been processed successfully by Google Search Console, and my homepage is already indexed by Google. However, Google cannot crawl my service page.

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.

I can’t tell yet what’s behind this. The similar topics I found on the forum had no answer I can point to, so I’d rather not guess.

Two things would help narrow it down:

  • When you run Search Console’s Live Test on the robots.txt URL itself, does it fail every time or only sometimes? Please include the exact wording it shows.
  • Does https://summitautocare.wuaze.com/robots.txt load for you in a private browser window, and from another network such as mobile data? If it loads everywhere for you but fails only for Google, that points at something specific to Google’s requests. If it’s slow or times out sometimes, that’s a different problem.

For comparison, other people have posted the same “robots.txt unreachable” message. Their causes may not match yours, but here are the topics:

If it turns out Google’s requests are being blocked on the server side, you can’t fix that from your end. A person would need to look at it.
