My browser also shows ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when loading:

This indicates a hosting availability issue on my account or cluster.
Please check my hosting volume or server for intermittent downtime or rate-limiting affecting robots.txt delivery.

Other Information
I tested robots.txt in multiple browsers and locations. It sometimes loads, but often times out. I also ran a Live Test in Google Search Console, which confirmed the robots.txt fetch failure. This is preventing indexing.
The rest of the site loads sometimes, but robots.txt specifically fails often. This is affecting Google indexing. Please check the server cluster for issues.
