Google don't index my sites

Problem:

I’m a free hosting plan. I setup URL prefix on Google Web Console for my site, but when I request index my URL’s Google don’t index. The site has 6 months waiting for Google indexing process. Is this anything to do with epizy.com domain name? Help me please.

Other Information

My site use Laravel framework.
