Getting error message on opening wordpress management on softaculous

i am getting this fatal error message " The WORDPRESS PACKAGE could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator " when i try to open wordpress management on softaculous. when i try for new install it says “The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.” please help

We are aware of the issue. There is nothing you can do to fix this error yourself, as this issue needs to be fixed by a server administrator.

However you can choose to install WordPress by hand as well, which is not that difficult.
