FTP Connection Refused by Server

I can log into the client area successfully but the “File Manager” link won’t allow a login and using filezilla gives an “connection refused by server” error message.

I have also reset my password

I’m getting this error: FTP connection to ftpupload.net:21 failed.

This problem happens due to the DDos Attack in infinity free server.This problem is also attempt by me ,so dont worry infinityfree will soon solve this problem within a couple of days

I removed my website and went to another hosting company since this has been a problem for several days and I haven’t been able to update the test site that we’re working on for our re-branding effort. We’ll use another provider for our test site.
