Assuming the FTP server isn’t having any issues, than what you see is what’s on your account. Combined with the 404 error you get when trying to visit your site, I’m worried your files really are gone.
bro remove cached files and images from your browser, files will show again
Same with us for dmaonline.in. There is no files showing in the “File Manager Area”.
I tried access the File Manager for my domain updatedmyjournal.lovestoblog.com but no file was displayed there.
I was still using File Manager recently without any issue so I don’t know if there’s any problem
Is your site still working as expected? If so it might be a file manager issue. Try using an ftp client like FileZilla to see if that works
I’m having the same problem: my files no longer appear in File Manager! It looks like they’ve been deleted. 
The folders’ structure has been deleted too. Please, Infinityfree, fix this problem. Thank you!

The site works fine so it should be File Manager issue.
Everyone keeps talking about file manager issues today. But I have not been able to reproduce the issue once. Not on a single account at any single time. I just checked the account of @hungham2806 and all the files seemed to be there.
And since none of you actually shared a domain name or username to check, I have no way to check if the situation may be different for your account.
I will admit that I’m very frustrated by this too. Many people are reporting issues so clearly something is going on, but I cannot investigate an issue I cannot reproduce.
It literally is happening constantly. One minute file manager is working fine and the next all the files disappear and you can’t save to it.

I’m having the same problem on both my sites (kitten-films.free.nf and animated-coding.free.nf). The site work fine, but the file manager only works sometimes. The rest of the time it doesn’t show any files. And when it stops working, any files that I had open are wiped. If I use the Dreamweaver ftp everything works fine.
Am also facing an issue. First, it work i edit some file, then it shows some error while opening files. I then refresh but it disappears, all files
