I didn’t hijack it, it was because I couldn’t create posts and the buttons didn’t respond when I clicked them. 2. This page cannot be accessed.

Again, the file manager loads up just fine for me. Please check your Internet connection and use a VPN if necessary.

Our website in in English. Our client area is in English. This forum is in English, and (almost) every post is exclusively in English.

InfinityFree is an English language company and service and this is an English language forum. It should be obvious that this means you can’t just write posts in whatever language you feel like.

So this is your final warning. Any posts you write that are not in English will be deleted. Feel free to use a translation service if you’re not confident in your own ability to write in English, but don’t expect every single one of us to use one to understand your message.

As for your question itself:

Could you please explain this in more detail? Our hosting doesn’t have the concept of “themes”. Your website software might have, but then at the very least you have to tell us more about your website.

This only says that the page doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t say anything about why the page doesn’t work for you.

Lower on the page should be an error code with capital letters and underscores only. Could you please share that one?

All accounts can and only can get deactivated before they are deleted. So yes, they can “freeze”, but they also get deleted eventually.

The forum profile will get deleted as you delete your client area account — but before that, you must have all of your hosting accounts deleted (not deactivated).

I don’t know how would file manager get involved in this process — you don’t need the file manager to delete your account.

If you would like to solve the issue, then please respond to the questions we ask you for more information.

If you have given up and want to have your account removed, please follow the process to do so.

But please make a decision. And don’t try to solve two problems which when solved invalidate eachother.
