please need your help because my site cannot save the data provided by the users of my site in the database and their image does not migrate into the specified folder, but my site worked well with the local wampserver server and all the code worked. As a result I find these errors in the browser console:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘E’, "
Erreur de "… is not valid JSON

Hi Amadou,

Without access to your website (as it is blocked), however, what you described is very likely an error that happened before the function that outputs the JSON. If you attempted to output JSON within JavaScript and a PHP error occurred, then you’ll end up with an error message being interpreted as JSON, and throwing the above error.

Try reviewing the final output to identify the PHP error that took place, fix it and try again.

I tried but so far it’s the same thing, so I was suggested to activate the error log but I can’t do it when I click on modify nothing happens. Can you help me to enable the error logs please?

I would like to help, but I don’t have a lot to go on. The error message you shared tells me that something that the code expect to be JSON isn’t JSON. But what it should be, what it actually is, and why it is that way, I don’t know. Besides that, all I have is a rather vague description of a feature.

It would help me a lot if I could see the issue for myself and see exactly what’s going on. Would it be possible to provide any necessary credentials to your site and provide instructions on where to find and how to use the feature?
