hi! i already Setup DNS Records acme-challenge and _acme-challenge.www for ferniani.com and they are checked as “ready”. On the next Step 2: Create SSL certificate I request ssl certificate and after a while on “pending” it always get “failed”. Dont know what to do since it does not say any error mesage or something, it just say failed.

Have you waited for dns to propogate?
I checked the logs, and it appears that your domain was affected by the same issue as Unable to issue SSL certificate
I don’t know why exactly this happens to some domains. I don’t see anything to indicate that this is an issue which you or we can fix.
