a guy said to me that he closed the website (he is just hating idk why) and i think that is mostly a ddos attack but the problem is the guy cant afford ddos attack so he used some trick or something

It may have been a XSS attack, otherwise a DDoS attack would take down every site with the same ip. Unless they had issued many requests to the site itself, which seems to be the issue, I just recommend contacting support

I checked your account and it doesn’t appear to have been suspended at all. I don’t see any reason why you would see this error. And your website is working fine from here now.
