I am writing to respectfully appeal the temporary suspension placed on my account due to CPU usage limits. I recently noticed that my website was suspended, and I understand that this action was taken to protect server performance.

My website is an e-commerce wig store that is still under development and not yet officially launched. The high CPU usage may have been caused by recent design changes, plugin installations, or background processes while I was actively building and testing the site.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have already started reviewing and optimizing my website to reduce resource usage by disabling unnecessary plugins and improving performance.

I kindly request that you please reconsider and restore my account, as this website is very important to me and my business plans. I assure you that I will continue to take the necessary steps to keep my site within acceptable usage limits going forward.

Suspensions are handled by IFastNet and we can’t change that on the forum.

If it’s a 24 hour suspension you’ll just have to wait it out.

If it’s a permanent suspension, you’ll have the option to raise a support ticket. If that’s the case, only support can reactivate your site
