I want to explain my situation one last time as clearly as possible, because I am completely stuck right now, and I don’t have any other way to fix this from my side.
The domains surajkhatri.com.np and dhanishworgautam.com.np both belong to me. I used them on InfinityFree in the past, but they are still attached to an old InfinityFree account that I no longer have access to. Because of that, I cannot use these domains on a new account.
The main issue is that I honestly do not remember the email address used for that old InfinityFree account. At that time, I don’t remember which Google account was used, and even if the email differed by just one character, I genuinely cannot recall it now. Creating similar email addresses does not help, because I simply don’t know which one was actually used. For this reason, recovering that account from my side is not possible.
Even though I cannot access the old account, I have already provided proof that these domains belong to me. The WHOIS data clearly shows me as the owner, and this can be verified directly from the official .np registry at https://register.com.np/whois-lookup. I have also shared a screenshot of an SSL certificate issue email, which shows that these domains were previously used on the same InfinityFree account ([email protected]). This confirms that I was the legitimate user of these domains on InfinityFree.
Right now, I fully control the domains at the registrar level, but they are still blocked because they remain linked to that forgotten InfinityFree account. I am being asked to remember an email address that I truly do not remember, and because of this, my own domains are stuck and unusable.
I respectfully request that these two domains be manually removed or released from the old InfinityFree account they are attached to. Once they are released, I will be able to add and use them normally from my side without any issue.
If there is any doubt about ownership, please check the WHOIS records directly from the official registry. I have already shared screenshots, and the ownership can also be verified independently.
This is not an abuse or misuse case. It is simply a genuine situation where the domain owner is known, ownership proof has been provided, but access to the old hosting account is permanently lost. I kindly request your help in resolving this.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
