(I experienced many IO limit issues on my website, so I changed the hosting to Profreehosting. My website would display the 404 error page so I deleted the domain on every web host to start over in a paid plan. It has been a week and it still redirects me to the suspended page. My nameservers point to Cloudflare so I don’t see why my website has this problem.)

Check your Cloudflare records. They’re most likely still pointing to either this hosting or ProFreeHost, which is why you’re getting redirected to the suspended domain page.
