Your domain is pointing to Cloudflare’s nameservers, so you’ll have to follow this:
Also, since the web subdomain isn’t added, you’ll have to add it on your hosting account before you can point it to the website IP shown on the Client Area and add some content as well.
Since you are using Cloudflare nameservers, any subdomains you created in the control panel aren’t automatically taken care of in the DNS and must be manually addressed.
This means that creating the subdomain in the control panel itself is not enough. You must also manually edit the DNS records at Cloudflare for it to start working.

It seems that you didn’t create any A records. If you have those, they should be at the top of the screenshot you’ve shared. Creating CNAME records only verifies your domain, it doesn’t make it work.
