I have hosting on infinity free and i really enoy the free service ,i recently tried to add domain to my website hosting on infinity but it is redirecting to invalid url

The domain does not appear to be registered or assigned to an account.
Can you please double check that the domain name you shared here is correct? And maybe try putting it into the Domain Checker to look for obvious issues?

Can you please provide instructions on how to check DNS from Infinity Free? I need this information to provide to my DNS company.

While a free subdomain is a great way to get started, a website looks a lot more professional with a custom domain name. Fortunately, you can register your own domain name with an external company (like Spaceship ) and use it on InfinityFree.

I see the problem. Doing a dig command on your domain, and the only thing relating to InfinityFree is that you used an A record to try and point your domain to your website’s IP address. However that isn’t the correct process of pointing your domain to your website. Since you already have a DNS provider, the easiest way is to use the CNAME method .
If you want to host your own domain name with InfinityFree, the default way to verify your domain is to set the nameservers first. However, there are cases where setting the nameservers ahead of time is not desirable (for example if you have an existing site which cannot go down) or if your domain provider does not let you set our nameservers.
Fortunately, InfinityFree now has the ability to host your domain name with us without having to change your nameservers ahead of time! This guide explai…

If you enter the new domain in the Domain Checker, you will see this:
Your domain is not pointing to our nameservers and is not assigned to any hosting account.
This is actually what you need to do: you need to add the domain on our hosting. Not just point your visitors towards us, but actually set up the domain on our end.
You say you tried to do this? What problems did you run into when you tried?

I tried to add setup domain on infinity hosting as well.Still getting an error
I’m still not seeing a proper cname record on your domain, nor have your domain’s nameservers been switched to InfinityFree’s.
