Thank you very much I will, may I ask, why it explicitly says that the default ones should work that they don’t, I will certainly try those alternatives thank you.
If you’re trying to setup a new account, then ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com should be fine. If you have an older hosting account with a username that starts with epiz_ and you want to add your domain to that existing account, you’ll need to use ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com instead.
But I can’t tell what the issue is. It could be that your nameservers were not set correctly by your registrar, or that our validation check is incorrect. But regardless of the reason, I need to know your domain name to see which of those issues is actually the problem.
So I must ask you to share your domain name. If you’re worried about search engines indexing it, you can even choose to take a screenshot of the name and share the image.
Please note that while WHOIS information should show the nameservers of your domain, the results don’t always match. Notably if your domain is suspended, the WHOIS information may show the nameservers that are configured, but the actual registry nameservers return different results.
Our checks look at the nameservers that are actually active on the DNS level, not at the information displayed in the WHOIS information.
You can use our Domain Checker tool to check this. Those look up the nameservers that are actually active on your domain. You can find it in the client area in the main menu.
