How to delete a hosting account

If you’ve moved your website to another hosting provider, or simply don’t need a particular website anymore, you may wish to delete a hosting account on InfinityFree. However, due to legal reasons, InfinityFree is not allowed to delete your account right away. But you can set up your account so that it will be deleted as soon as possible. Also, we can’t delete your account right away for legal reasons, so you’ll have to deactivate it yourself first and then wait some days.

New accounts on infinityfree are not instant, it takes a little time to become active after you have followed the setup procedure

If you had any issues with your account then you could have posted here and asked for help but instead you post that its a trash service

I think this is very unfair of you

Maybe you could try creating a hosting account first? You just signed up to the client area but didn’t create any hosting account. And of course there is no phpMyAdmin, no FTP access and no visible website if you don’t have an account yet.

Simply go to Login to your account - InfinityFree and setup an account. Once you do, all features will be available to you.
